My Story

From an early age, I was drawn to music, especially singing, as a way to connect more deeply with myself, with others, and with the planet. I began my formal studies of the craft of vocal performance at age 10 and carried them through my Bachelors, Masters, and Artist Diploma/Apprenticeship with Chicago Opera Theater. In my years performing and producing in Chicago, I learned so much about discipline, emotional and physical resilience, and the healing power of artistic expression and collaboration. Since I moved to San Diego, I have brought this knowledge into my work as a healing arts practitioner.

The feeling I get from singing with sound bowls is very similar to what I feel when I sing with any ensemble, and that is a sense of powerful and primal connection to the universe…the embodiment of universal love through harmony. With these instruments, I’ve been able to return to my most authentic self in a wonderful way. I also find that I can channel something both ethereal and deeply grounding, which especially resonates with people in transitional or growth periods in their lives. This is home for me.

There is something important about what feels like home for the soul and the profound healing that happens from just becoming more present with nature. This is home for all of us.

I am grateful for my experiences with teachers, leaders, and healers who have assisted me along my journey with good intentions and care for my soul. I am so grateful to offer experiences that allow for deep relaxation, transformation, and empowerment on a cellular level. Whether I am performing for a service, working with someone on empowering their voice and communication, or sending vibrational messages through sound, I am coming from an authentic place of my own experiences and the magical world it has led me to create in artistic expression.
